In commercial law, I advise and represent companies in all legal matters relating to national and international trade in goods and services. This includes, in particular, the drafting, review, and negotiation of supply and distribution contracts, agency and dealership agreements, as well as general terms and conditions. I also support clients in securing commercial transactions, in asserting or defending claims arising from contractual breaches, and in disputes relating to warranties, product liability, or competition law.

Of particular importance is the interface between German and Italian commercial law. Here, it is essential not only to reconcile different statutory provisions and contractual traditions, but also to take into account EU regulations and international trade agreements. This involves, for example, questions of international jurisdiction, choice of law, and the enforceability of claims before state courts and arbitral tribunals.

My approach combines precise legal analysis with a clear understanding of the economic framework and practical requirements of trade. The goal is to develop solutions that are both legally sound and practically workable, providing companies with orientation and stability in an increasingly complex cross-border market environment.
